Former governor of Imo state and lawmaker representing Imo West Senatorial district, Senator Rochas Okorocha has stated that he is one of most ''misunderstood individuals in the country.'' Rochas Okorocha hinged being misunderstood on the feedback he gets from people who define him from different angles. Speaking on Channels TV's 'Newsnight', he also claimed that no past or present Governor of Imo State is yet to do one-tenth of the projects he embarked. He said; “I wish you can meet the governor of Imo state (Emeka Ihedioha) and ask that Rochas said what he has done is not up to one-tenth of what I have done, or other governors put together have done.“The first international cargo airport in Imo state, I built it and it was adjudged the best in the country by FAAN.“I built 30 hospitals, some of them completed, while most are not completed, but they have all the roofs, tiled, except equipping; I built one of the best state high court, the best prison, the best police headquarters“I know my nature, I am highly misunderstood in this country, and some people define me from different angles. If I do one-tenth of what the governor is doing there, the whole world will hear about it." Okorocha also revealed that he is yet to know what caused his rift with the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Adams Oshiomhole. He said; “If I was told in my dream that I’ll be treated this way, I’d have said it’s not possible. One day, the opportunity may occur that I might hear from Adams what really went wrong because till today I am very much confused as to what went wrong.“I have tried to make an excuse for him that probably somebody must have gossiped or do something that he believed. Or alternatively, it must be a search for political power or relevance or it would have been who he is.“But whatever happened in APC was still like a dream to me, because APC had no reason to lose Imo state.” He also said he won't be leaving the APC because the politicial party is like a family to him. Kanye West has defended T.I after he publicly revealed in November that he takes his 18-year-old daughter, Deyjah Harris to the gynecologist to check her hymen and to confirm if she's still a virgin. The rapper was speaking at the one-year anniversary of his Sunday services at Union Rescue Mission, a homeless shelter that offers food and spiritual guidance to those in need when he reacted to T.I's comment on his daughter's virginity checks. In the video below, Kanye West said: “I ain’t tellin nobody what to do, I’m expressin’ what I’ve been through. ‘Cause you know people love to take a soundbite and say, ‘This was not exactly devil-approved by the internet,” West says in the video clip. He continued, “They tryna play T.I., but he’s talkin about somethin that’s God-approved.” The statement is met with silence from the audience. Recall T.I's comments angered many online after he revealed that he regularly goes to gynecologist appointments with his 18-year-old daughter Deyjah but has no problem with his 15-year-old son who is sexually active. "Not only have we had the conversation, we have yearly trips to the gynecologist to check her hymen." He continues: "Yes, Yes I go with her. I go with her. So it’s this one time we go, I think this might have been after her 16th birthday. This is what we do… Usually, like the day after the [birthday] party, she’s enjoying her gifts. I put a sticky note on the door: ‘Gyno. Tomorrow. 9:30.' " The rapper later defended his controversial comments and apologised to his daughter. During a previous interview on Red Table, the rapper said he’s “incredibly apologetic” to his daughter Deyjah Harris. “She did have a problem with me talking about it and I understand that and I am incredibly apologetic to her for that,” T.I. said. “Not to any of these other strangers and any of these weirdos who just kind of toss lies around.” He also said that his intentions “have been terribly misconstrued and misconceived.” “I never said I was in any exam room. Spanish police probing the deaths of a Nigerian RCCG pastor and his two children at the Costa del Sol hotel pool have closed the investigation. Gabriel Diya, 52, his daughter Comfort, 9, and his son Praise-Emmanuel, 16, drowned on Christmas Eve at the Club La Costa World in Fuengirola. A police spokesman described it as a freak accident, adding that the pump was not faulty. The spokesperson put their deaths down to a lack of swimming ability. 
However, Gabriel Diya's wife, Olubunmi, wants the investigation to continue and is "not satisfied" their deaths were a "simple accident". She previously said in a statement that her husband and kids could all swim. Her lawyer has said she could seek further investigations. Mrs Diya, who lives in Charlton, south east London, also claimed "something was wrong" with the Spanish hotel pool after her daughter's swim cap was found in the pool pump by police divers. 
But Spanish police handed the conclusions of their initial report to a magistrate and the findings will later be made public, according to the BBC. Javier Toro, a lawyer acting for Mrs Diya, said different engineers could be brought in for a "parallel investigation" after police said their own findings point to the incident being a "tragic accident". Hotel operator CLC World Resorts and Hotels has said Mrs Diya's claims are "directly at odds with the findings of the police report". In a statement, it stressed police findings made it "clear that their exhaustive investigations have confirmed the pool was working normally and there was no malfunction of any kind". 
An English translation of a Guardia Civil statement, released by the hotel operator yesterday, stated that tests had found "no irregularity" in the pool's system. It said investigations indicated the accident was "caused by the lack of expertise of the victims when swimming". But Mrs Diya's lawyer was quoted by the BBC as saying: "It's very rare for three people to die in the centre of a swimming pool - especially in the case of a tall, hefty man. Something must have happened apart from a simple error or simple accident." He said the family is "not satisfied with the interpretation of it being a simple accident". "Clearly the death of three people at the same time in a pool makes it evident that something very strange happened. It's an event that must be studied," he said. "We do not discard the option of opening a parallel investigation through different engineers... to figure out what happened". 
According to the BBC, Mr Toro said the family hoped to be given the detailed police report on the deaths next week. Mrs Diya, 49, and younger daughter Favour Diya, 14, were also on the holiday but were unharmed. Mrs Diya has said her loved ones, who were reportedly on holiday with another unharmed daughter, were not left unattended and were somehow "dragged into the middle" of the pool.
