EJ Johnson, 27, shared a new photo of himself and his sister to celebrate her on her birthday. The American TV personality wore a black monostrap mini dress and black knee-high boots while his sister, Elisa, 25, had on a strapless silver dress and silver stiletto heels. He celebrated her, writing: "Happy 25th birthday Mz thing @elisajohnson !!!
